We are seeking qualified, passionate professionals to join our team in Kisumu. All listed opportunities require a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience and are offered on a 3½-year contract basis.
Manage financial records, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, and day-to-day accounting operations within a hospital environment.
Coordinate procurement activities, supplier management, purchasing documentation, and timely acquisition of goods and services.
Support recruitment, employee relations, HR records, performance processes, and staff welfare across the hospital.
Coordinate administrative operations, service delivery, compliance, staff coordination, and efficient day-to-day hospital functions.
Maintain hospital information systems, user support, networks, data security, hardware, and technology services.
Manage patient records, information quality, confidentiality, coding, retrieval, and health information reporting.
Provide safe and effective pharmaceutical care, dispensing, medication management, patient counselling, and inventory oversight.
Support dispensing, pharmaceutical inventory management, prescription processing, and quality pharmacy services.
Provide psychological assessment, counselling, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-informed mental health support to patients.
Provide professional counselling, psychological support, assessment, and therapeutic interventions for patients and families.
Assess and manage patients requiring rehabilitation, mobility support, therapeutic exercise, and functional recovery.
Deliver rehabilitation interventions that improve patients' independence, functional ability, and participation in daily activities.
Provide comprehensive nursing care, monitor patients, administer treatment, maintain documentation, and promote patient safety.
Provide safe bedside nursing care, support treatment plans, monitor patients, and assist in maintaining high standards of ward care.
Lead nursing teams, coordinate staffing, monitor clinical standards, support quality improvement, and ensure safe patient care.
Deliver professional nursing services across hospital units while ensuring patient safety, accurate documentation, and quality care.
Provide specialised nursing care to critically ill patients, including monitoring, interventions, emergency response, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Provide perioperative nursing care across pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases while supporting safe surgical procedures.
